Sounding Board is a 30-minute walk to clear your head. Bring a challenge, barrier, or idea you’re turning over.
Sometimes we just need to say things out loud. I’ll walk with you, listen with curiosity and provide the space and gentle questioning to help you get unstuck and move forward.

Need to clear your head? Step outside for a calming coaching session. We’ll walk and go through some exercises to calm your nervous system.
Then we can talk through what is essential for you in the moment.
