Sounding board session


Some of us are lucky enough to have a person they can open up to and talk through their challenges or share new ideas with. Many of us aren't.

It took me years to find my person and it was a game changer.

I offer this brief 30 minute session for those of you who are doing well but could benefit from sounding out what's on your mind. It could be a work or personal challenge. Or it could be a new idea you want to share and workshop with someone encouraging and supportive.

Journal in nature experience


What is it?

This experience is for anyone who wants to journal but “doesn’t know how to start,” or needs space to slow down and nurture themselves.

Set in Kamay Botany Bay National Park, this 90-minute experience will leave you feeling calmer, clearer, and more creative.

We’ll take a short coastal walk to a peaceful writing spot. After a grounding exercise, I'll share how journaling has helped me rest and reflect. Then, we’ll explore two simple journaling methods before you find your own spot to write, surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature.

Tom’s Two Loves

I’ve been writing poetry and journaling since I was a teenager. What started without reason soon became a refuge — a place to express unspoken words, hidden feelings, and unwanted thoughts. My journals have held my brightest ideas, darkest moments, and everything in between. They’ve been a non-judgmental friend, helping me reflect and make meaningful changes.

I’ve also long been called “Nature Boy,” drawn to the peace and wonder of the ocean, countryside, and sky.

Bringing these two loves together — writing and time in nature — feels like the most natural offering. My hope is you leave calmer, clearer, and with a simple tool that can truly change your life.

One to one nature based coaching


I combine Essentialism and Strength-Focused Coaching to help you create meaningful change — simply and sustainably.

Our sessions take place while walking in nature, usually along Sydney’s coastal trails, in national parks, or green spaces near you.

My style is calming and creative, helping you reconnect with what matters and make space for action. Together, we’ll uncover your true priorities and shape a simple, practical plan. You’ll leave with greater clarity, confidence, and momentum for the weeks ahead.

Goal setting experience


I created this experience because I've found time in nature for myself and my clients to be transformative. It brings a sense of calmness and creativity that helps us to see the bigger picture. 

Using four sessions over the course of a year we will work collaboratively to create a realistic and appropriate plan of action. You will leave ready to take the action needed to move towards your goals.

How does it work?

The package is split into four sessions held across a year period with email/phone support between sessions once a month.

Sessions are held in a coastal location in Sydney. The beautiful location provides a stunning, expansive backdrop for conversation and creative thinking.

Walking along the coast will help you get into a calmer state to discuss barriers, produce ideas and explore strategies to get started. Between these sessions we will speak once a month to check in and make appropriate course corrections to keep you on track to achieving your goals.
