What exactly do you do as a Life & Leadership Coach?

I help busy professionals improve their wellbeing, clarity, and energy through a blend of nature-based movement, fitness, and reflective coaching.

My coaching integrates:

• Fitness warmups (boxing, running, or simple movement)
• Walk-and-talk sessions in Sydney’s green spaces
• Supportive, counselling-informed conversation
• Strength-based, Essentialist coaching tools
•Practical steps that fit real life

It’s coaching designed to calm your nervous system, sharpen your thinking, and help you take meaningful action.

Who do you work with?

 I work with professionals and business owners, mostly aged 30–60, who are:

• High-achieving but short on time and energy for training and coaching
• Missing a sense of calm and clarity
• Feeling fatigued or overwhelmed by work, family, life admin, and their own needs
• Putting their own wellbeing last and suffering as a result
• Wanting simple, effective, realistic support that works

Many of my clients are professionals wanting to improve their physical health and fitness, whilst also be supported with their mental and emotional wellbeing too. My sessions combine my skills and experience as a personal trainer and life coach to bring great value and insight to each meeting.

What is nature-based coaching?

Nature-based coaching uses movement and outdoor environments to improve your mental and physical state.

We walk through calming and inspiring locations around Sydney, giving your mind space to think clearly and your nervous system a chance to settle.

It works because:

• Natural environments help reduce cortisol and make you feel calm and in control
• Movement helps with emotional regulation, reducing mental noise, and energy
• Outdoor spaces encourage safe, open, and insightful conversation

Clients consistently say they feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded after a single walk, with improved sleep and energy as a result.

What happens in a 1:1 coaching session?

A typical session includes:

• A short fitness warmup to shift your energy
• A walk-and-talk coaching session in nature
• Pauses for breathwork or mindful reflection
• Practical insights + simple actions to take forward

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more capable of making decisions that matter.

Do I need to be fit to work with you?

Not at all. Movement is adapted to your level.

Sessions can include:

• Gentle walking
• Light boxing pad work
• Running (if you want it)
• Mobility and breathwork

The goal is not solely a workout — it’s a state change that helps you disperse stress and get clear on what matters to you.

Where do the sessions take place?

I work with my clients near their work or homes. Some of these locations around Sydney include:

🌿 Barangaroo Reserve
🌲 St Leonards Park
🌊 Eastern Suburbs beaches

Each offers space and nature to move and talk in freely. Ideal for exercise, conversation and reflection.

Online sessions are available on request if you’re outside Sydney or prefer a virtual walk-and-talk.

What if the weather is bad?

We walk in most weather — it’s grounding!

If it’s dangerous or bucketing down we will reschedule. Otherwise, bring suitable clothing and embrace the moment.

What is The Clear Way program?

The Clear Way is my 4-week online program designed to help you:

• Prevent burnout
• Ease your stress
• Rebuild your energy
• Create simple habits that last

It includes:
•  Daily 3–5 minute videos
•  Weekly reviews
•  Journaling prompts
•  Mindful movement + breathwork
•  Support from me throughout the program

It’s ideal for professionals with busy lives who want a structured but achievable wellbeing reset wherever you are in the world

What are your coaching packages?

Meaningful, sustainable change takes time, consistency, and support — which is why most clients choose an ongoing coaching package. Typically this ranges from 2-6 months based on the time it takes clients to make changes and set lasting habits.

You can book a single clarity session, but packages provide the continued accountability and guidance needed for stress management, burnout prevention, career clarity, and lifestyle change.

Before any of that I provide a walk and talk discovery session (in-person) to see if we'd be a good fit for each other. Just contact me to organise a time.
